Collection of LONDON STAGE 4 tag records, all vinyl records from 1961 to 1979. Many of these records are VG++ to Exceptional health condition, some near mint, a few are VG+ and less, these are shown in the list (no grade: presume VG++ to Mint). All vinyl documents, a lot of are original Canadian gatefold versions, with a couple of importations, a couple of reissues. (Inside a lot of but not all gatefold releases is shown the same Stage 4 specifics, at some point with an included web page).
Phase 4 Stereo was a branch of Decca and its American tag London Records made in 1961. Stage 4 Stereo apparently made much better sound by being taped on a 10-channel, and later 20-channel, taping console. Around two hundred albums were released under the tag, including preferred music, "gimmick" records engineered to make the audio travel from speaker to speaker, records featuring percussion results, and historic audio result documents. The concept of Stage 4 Stereo has nothing to do with four network stereo. Considering that there frequently are sounds out of phase the records provide excellent outcomes when played on Hafler circuits or other simulated 4 stations system.

This lot consists of 79 * LP records, all different, a worth of concerning $600 when offered separately, so $150 stands for 25 %.

1- A formal 1973 list of Stage 4 documents.
2- SP 44105 UK copy in UNITED STATE sleeve (single sleeve).
3- P 54012 which is a mono model of SP 54012. Stage 4 made just their first 12 launches (1961-1962) as Mono models, environment-friendly tag, then they quit. Not in great problem: VG-.
4- SP 44122 - sleeve simply, no record.
5- 2 BSP 24: Roland Shaw and his Band - the return of James Bond: missing out on initial record (this was a Double LP).
