Honda civic 2008 - perfect condition in Montreal, Alberta

Hi selling my 08 civic LX. No smoking, no pets, no rust, clean title, NOT VGA. 3 keys! Clearcoat issue fixed, everything in the car works, absolutely no problem at all. A/C blows cold, engine/transmission in perfect condition. I bought the car back in November (about a year of ownership) with 170xxx km and i put around 10k on it. Changed the oil twice with 100% synthetic oil at every 5000km. Last oil change was December 19th. Changed transmission fluid too with AMSOIL, very smooth shifts. 1.8 engine great on gas, perfect daily. Car is tinted with 5% all rear and 50% in front. Rear endlinks were changed in November. Suspension is good and stiff, doesn't bounce. Brakes and rotors still have lots life left but i have a brand new set for all 4s. I have receipts from previous owners as well. Ask me your questions
