In the property management business for 15 years across Montreal and Ottawa, we offer a diverse range of services when it comes to property management. We service homes, single condominium units and multi-unit buildings. Some of our specific services include:

- Renting units for owners -- finding quality tenants with lower commissions then real estate agents!
- Managing rents (income) and ensuring prompt and timely payments from all tenants
- Sourcing affordable vendors and repairmen for all types of problems and issues (we have reduced monthly costs by 15-20% for owners)
- All repairs and maintenance (plumbing, heating, electrical, building cleaning, snow removal, grass cutting, garbage removal, etc ...)
- Advertising vacancies, finding and screening tenants and ensuring they meet the tenant profile desired by the owner (for single unit owners we charge 75% of the 1st month rent, when finding tenants. For multi-unit owners, our fee is included in our overall service)
- Any or all required bill payments
- End of year tax paperwork
- Managing rent raises
