An accessories importer/distributor is looking to fill a position for a full time secretary. Must be highly motivated and well spoken. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Communication with suppliers in the Orient. Customer service; handling customer inquiries and incoming phone calls. Preparing quotations for customers. Keeping track of customer requests and other sales information .
