Customer Care Agent
Axxess Payments Inc is currently seeking a Customer Care agent to help with the growing business.
Our merchant account services allow all businesses big or small to accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Debit.
Job Description:
Provide prompt internal and external communication and follow-through regarding daily client issues, enquiries, and initiatives.
Develop and build client relationships while proactively managing issues.
Investigate issues and ensure prompt and effective resolution.
Work directly with the office team to ensure client issues are being addressed according to training.
Confirm necessary information on application with clients.

Support sales agents with client requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years experience in Client Services environment with direct customer contact.
University or college education.
Excellent command of written and verbal English and French.
Proven interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize with attention to detail.
Self-motivated team player with ability to interact in a collaborative manner.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in meeting tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Internet.
