Faux Leather Sofa t/ Ottoman - 0 in Montreal, Quebec for sale

I am selling my lovely chocolate brown faux leather three-seater sofa with matching footrest, because of my approaching technique.

The couch is just 1 years of age and was purchased brand-new from Leon's. It is very comfy, streamlined and basic and undoubtedly matches with anything!
The sofa was made by 2 girls and is in fantastic problem. The coordinating footrest could be made as a stool and it also conveniently opens for storage space (we utilized it for blankets and pillows)!
